The Technical One Assignment is intended to give a basic understanding of the Project, Construction Process, and Parties involved. This Report includes an executive summary,project schedule summary, building system summary, Assemblies cost evaluation, existing conditions plan, site phasing plans, local conditions information, Client information, the project delivery system utilized and the staffing plan.

the technical three assignment is designed to identify areas of potential analysis and research. constructability challenges, schedule acceleration scenarios, value engineering options, and critical industry issues will act as the basis for research. problem identification and technical analysis methods will also be included in this report.

The Capstone Project Electronic Porfolio (CPEP) is a web-based project and information center. It contains material produced for a year-long Senior Thesis class. Its purpose, in addition to providing central storage of individual assignments, is to foster communication and collaboration between student, faculty consultant, course instructors, and industry consultants. thesis website is dedicated to the research and analysis conducted via guidelines provided by the Department of Architectural Engineering.
